Cloud Springs I-75 Park
Location: Catoosa County, Georgia
Cloud Springs Interstate 75 Park offers exceptional visibility and access to I-75.
This newly developed park provides a customizable single campus, allowing for over a million square feet of space. The park also offers heavy industrial zoning, with on-site utilities readily available.
Businesses looking to expand can benefit from Class A build-to-suit spaces accommodating up to 715,000 contiguous square feet.
The park is well-positioned to meet the demands of clients with its proximity to a highly skilled labor force and convenient access to downtown Chattanooga.
North River Commerce Center
Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee
Built on the former DuPont plant — once home to more than 5,000 employees producing industrial nylon — this development is now poised to become a light industrial, warehouse and office development.
This 800,000-square-foot Class A industrial development is in Chattanooga’s premier commerce corridor, offering ample opportunities for businesses to thrive.
The project includes planned buildings ranging in size from 190,000 to 217,000 square feet, as well as a build-to-suit opportunity for up to 350,000 square feet of customized space.
The park is conveniently located only 10 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, providing convenience and efficiency, while being located just 10 miles from I-75 and Interstate 24.
Spring Branch Industrial Park
Location: Cleveland, Tennessee
Located on 331 acres, Spring Branch Industrial Park is built with business and community in mind.
The park offers more than 110 acres of open space, providing a buffer between neighboring areas, ensuring physical separation of individual sites, and protecting water resources.
Its location provides easy access to the recently expanded I-75 and to a new interchange on Highway 74. The park initiated infrastructure development in 2017, establishing internal roadways and utility installations while laying the groundwork for industrial expansion.
The park attracted companies like hot stamping plant, Cannon Automotive Solutions, and titanium alloy powder manufacturer Amaero.
Custom food manufacturer, SK Foods recently announced plans to employ more than 800 people at a new facility in the park. These investments will bring 1,100 new jobs to the industrial park over the next several years.
Murray South Industrial Park
Location: Murray County, Georgia
Murray County is poised for economic expansion with its GRAD-certified industrial park, featuring 500 acres of prime land ideal for industrial manufacturing, warehousing and distribution projects.
The site’s access to logistics infrastructure makes it a hot spot for expanding businesses. Full due diligence, including environmental analyses and engineering studies, were completed.
